Users are prohibited from uploading:

• Inaccuracies in text extraction.
• Data loss.
• Misuse of the service by users.
• Unsatisfactory results.

While we strive for reliability and availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Termination of Accounts

Accounts may be terminated for policy violations or non-payment. Upon termination, all user data will be deleted.

SnipFast reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of updates via email with a notice period specified in the email.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• All legal disputes will be resolved under the laws of India.
• Disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kochi, Kerala, India.

• SnipFast integrates with AWS for cloud storage and Modal.com for serving in-house models.
